Whiff of Joy 98
Paper piecing is the theme for the Whiff of Joy challenge. Our Creative Corner is also having a "cut it out" theme, so the two fit together. I followed this Sketch Saturday layout. I paper-pieced her dress, pinafore, boots and pantaloons.
