Distressed Hat

Have you ever been in a rush to clean your craft space and accidentally tossed a keeper?  That's what happened to my image, after I had finished with it.  It got caught up in the drift of scraps that I tossed and scrunched down into the recycle bin.  When I finally realized I had tossed the image  ~*gasp!*~ I managed to find it.  It was a little rumpled, so since I was making it for the OCC challenge which called for distressing, I went ahead and rumpled it some more, then added Distress Inks to bring out the abuse. :)  The teensy little roses I made with 1/8" ribbon a couple years ago to put on a fashion doll make-over gown.  I had some left over, so I colored these with Copics.  The little paper rosebud is from Wild Orchid.  Added the image to a gold doily, then mounted that on layers of K&Co DP.  Added the little gloves charm onto the sentiment banner.

Paper Sundaes - Charms.

What a beautiful card. That image is really lovely and adds to the vintage flavor. The papers are perfect for this style and that doily really adds so much. Wonderful job on the Distressed Sketch Challenge. So happy you joined in the fun with us this week at Our Creative Corner.
